Recent History and current condition
April 2001:
Peewit had stiffeners fitted either side of the keel inside and refastened and has been epoxied on the outside only. She spent the winter outside properly supported and sheeted and has now had a fresh coat of paint and varnish for this season.
Peewit is regularly raced at WSC
April 2014:
Peewit dry weight - 649llbs.
2015: Launched
2016-2020 Laid up ashore in need of restoration.
2020: Peewit has had a new centreboard case and main thwart fitted by Rob Maloney Boatbuilders. Decks stripped off back to bare wood, repaired and refastened, followed by a full repaint and revarnish.
2023: Launched and racing regularly
